Low Cost Divorce or Separation

As part of our all-inclusive divorce mediation services we incorporate the drafting of the Marital Separation and Property Settlement Agreement into the mediation sesssions which results in GREATER EFFICIENCY AND SAVINGS.
Compared to other mediators, we offer the most for the least. There are NO SEPARATE CHARGES to mediate and draft the agreement which makes it possible for our clients to receive a low cost divorce or separation.
As attorneys, we can also prepare all other divorce-related documents and file with the court. Our flat rate fee for this service is only $600.
In an adversarial process, divorce attorneys will ask both you and your spouse for extremely large retainers (typically above $5,000 each) and it does not take long before those retainers are exhausted and your attorneys are asking both you and your spouse for more. It simply does not make sense to spend your accumulated wealth and home equity on attorney fees and unnecessary litigation.
